I am the Assistant Director for Envision Central Texas, a non-profit working with citizens to create a sustainable future for our region. I have a background the field of corporate culture change and was co-founder of an event management firm providing support for team-building experiences. I'm passionate about improving the quality of civic discourse and am involved with Texas Forums, an initiative of the LBJ Presidential Library, and have been a research team member for the Kettering Foundation. I've been involved in the creation of several grassroots organizations in Austin, including Wisdom@Work (www.wisdomatworkaustin.org) and the Austin Progressive Potluckers (www.austinprogressivecalendar.com/potluck.htm).
