A native New Orleanian with doctorate in social work and interest in facilitation, public participation and confict transformation. Have taken a leave of absence from teaching over the last year to work in the City of New Orleans' Office of Recovery and will continue this work on contractural basis as I return to my faculty position. Much of my volunteer effort is as co-chair of a process to create a new citizen participation program in the City of New Orleans.
