The law is now live (!) and registration of new Citizen Councilors is underway. See: http://EasyCitizenInvolvement.com for more information.

One of the goals of the Forum Foundation is to promote real dialogue, among as many people as possible, between the leaders of any organization or institution and that leader's natural constituents.
Largely due to John's support, the Forum Foundation co-sponsored the 2004 and 2006 NCDD conferences, and is a co-sponsor of the 2008 conferences. John has also served on NCDD's 2006 Steering Committee.
