Register for the 2004 National Conference
Please read over the registration options and details below. Then click on either the "Register Online" or "Register Offline" button. IMPORTANT: We have exceeded capacity for the conference, and are now only accepting registrations for the Post-Conference Trainings held on October 26th.
The fastest way to register is through online registration, an automated process which will gather your registration info and offer two payment options (mailing a check or using your credit card at PayPal). We prefer that you use this method if you can.
If you are unable to register online (some networks and firewalls prevent forms from working), you can register offline by downloading a registration form, completing it on your own computer and then either emailing (preferred) or mailing a printed copy to us. If you have had trouble accessing online forms in the past, we recommend that you register offline. The offline method provides the same two payment options.
Please be aware that you will not be officially registered for the conference until we have received both your registration form and payment. After payment is confirmed with PayPal or a check has been received and cleared, a slot at the conference will be reserved for you.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds for fees for the conference and post-conference trainings will be issued for cancellations made before October 1 (minus a $50 processing fee for the conference or a training, or a $75 fee for both). If you need to cancel, please send an email stating this to before October 1, 2004.
About lodging and flights: Conference participants are responsible for arranging and financing their own lodging and flights. We have negotiated reasonable rates for you with three hotels near Regis University that offer a range of amenities. Explore lodging options. When making lodging and flight reservations, consider that the conference will begin on the morning of Saturday, October 23rd and will end on the 25th in the mid-afternoon.
