Register for the 2006 National Conference in San Francisco

Please read over the registration options and details below. Then click on either the "Register Online" or "Register Offline" button.

The fastest way to register is through online registration, an automated process which will gather your registration info and offer two payment options (mailing a check or using your credit card at PayPal). We prefer that you use this method if you can. The registration fee is $450. If you have already registered but want to attend a pre-conference training, please follow the instructions on the main page.

If you are unable to register online (some networks and firewalls prevent forms from working), you can register offline by downloading a registration form, completing it on your own computer and then either emailing (preferred) or mailing a printed copy to us. If you have had trouble accessing online forms in the past, we recommend that you register offline. The offline method provides the same two payment options.

Please be aware that you will not be officially registered for the conference until we have received both your registration form and payment. After payment is confirmed with PayPal or a check has been received and cleared, a slot at the conference will be reserved for you. Conference participants are responsible for arranging and financing their own lodging and flights.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for fees for the conference and post-conference trainings will be issued for cancellations made before July 15th (minus a $50 processing fee for the conference or a training, or a $75 fee for both). If you need to cancel, please send an email stating this to before July 15th, 2006. We will process all refunds after the conference.

About Lodging and Flights: We have negotiated a reasonable rate for you at the Rennaissance Parc 55 where the conference will be held. When making lodging and flight reservations, consider that the conference will begin at 10:00 am on the morning of Friday, August 4th and will end on Sunday, August 6th by 4:00pm. Also, most pre-conference activities begin first thing Thursday morning, August 3rd.
