Hi, all!
For the past couple of months, I've been ensconced in grant-writing and conference planning, so I have been lax in welcoming our fabulous new NCDD members (there are 38 of them - 19 organizations and 19 individuals!). I've asked all of them to introduce themselves to the NCDD Discussion list, and some of them have done so. If you don't think you're on the NCDD Discussion list, and want to be, let me know and I'll add you.
Our newest members hail from 6 countries, including the U.S. (30), Greece, France, Kenya, Nigeria (2) and Canada (3). The new U.S. members represent 19 states, including Arizona, California (2), Washington DC (2), Florida, Hawaii (2), Iowa (2), Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts (3), New Mexico, New York (5), Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas (2), Virginia, Vermont and Washington. NCDD now has 226 members.
Welcome, all of you, to NCDD! I hope you all become active, engaged members.
Please look over this list of new members, some of which you will recognize and some of which will be new to you. I'm also attaching an updated Excel members chart (let me know if you need an html version). I'll send out another message soon to update members on our new projects, the status of the 2004 conference, etc.
I hope this message finds all of you doing well and enjoying your work!
- Sandy
