Hi everyone! I'm Víctor Alfredo León Gemmell, from Guatemala City. I work at PROPAZ FOUNDATION, which was, before, a Program of the Organization of American States (OAS-PROPAZ). We facilitate workshops in Conflict Analysis and Transformation, negotiation, mediation, communication & dialogue and Consensus building. My boss is thinking about sending me to the conference, but I am not still sure I will. I am interested in dialogue techniques... have read Senge, Saunders, Pearce, Bohm & others. I will appreciate any help on these topics. Thanks.

Hi Victor! my name is Rosa Zubizarreta... it looks like i won't be at the conference this year... Sad but i hope you can make it!

I live in Massachusetts right now (recently moved from California, where i had lived for the last 20 years) and i am originally from Peru... my mother is Cuban.

My good friend Jim Rough will be at the conference, doing a workshop on Dynamic Facilitation... which i like to call "practical dialogue". There is information about it on the website if you are interested... i would enjoy communicating about that, and about your own work also...
