Hello All:

JAK Njoku is my name. I am interested in a culture-centered approach to racial and ethnic conflict management and resolution in complex societies. The organizing principles of my approach are putting relationships first, sharing visions, and group success regardless of persistent and unresolved conflicts.

I am looking forward to learning more from everyone and the opportunity to contribute to our group knowledge.
