Partner with the 2008 NCDD Conference
You or your organization will become an official Partner of the 2008 National Conference on Dialogue & Deliberation with your donation of $1,000. Partners will receive these benefits:
- Partners will be listed on NCDD’s website, in the conference guidebook, and in some conference e-mailings.

Place Your Ad in the Printed Conference Program
Every conference participant will receive this printed guide to the conference, and we will also distribute this publication to prominent leaders in the field who could not make the event. The guide will include valuable resources that participants will reference long after the conference. This is a great place to announce an upcoming event, advertise a new resource, or just highlight your organization. The conference program will be 8.5″ x 11″ in size.
Full-page advertisements are $700, half-page ads are $400, and quarter-page ads are $250. We’ll add a flat $100 fee if graphic design work is required on your ad.
Make a Donation to the Scholarship Fund
Your contribution to our scholarship program will help cover the expenses of those who may not otherwise be able to attend. Young people, practitioners and scholars from outside of the U.S., and others with lower incomes could use your help. Contributors to our scholarship fund will be listed in the conference program and on the website.
The suggested donation is $100, but all amounts are happily accepted!
Place Your Materials in the Registration Packet
Organizations and schools can ensure that each conference participant receives their brochure, give-away or other small promotional piece. For a fee of $300, we will include your item in participants’ tote bags. You will need to ship 350 copies of your piece to Austin in late September 2008.
If you would like to share an instructional guidebook, toolkit, or full-sized book with all conference participants, the fee will be waived.
Set up an Exhibit Table
Exhibit tables at the 2008 NCDD conference are very reasonably priced. Exhibits will be located in a prominent location at the conference hotel. A full table is $300. A half table is $150.
A simple sign with your organization’s name will be posted on your table, but we strongly encourage you to bring additional signage for your exhibit table. If you do not already have a professional display that represents your organization or program in an eye-catching way, we advise that you create a display that you can use repeatedly at conferences.
Make a General Donation
If you would like to donate to the conference a different amount than the ones listed here, we would certainly welcome it! Checks (written to NCDD) can be mailed to:
- NCDD 2008
- c/o Joy Garman
- 114 W. Springville Road
- Boiling Springs, PA 17007
All contributors who donate $100 or more will be acknowledged in the printed conference program and on the NCDD website.
