Colorado Civic Canopy
The Civic Canopy is an inclusive network of partners working together to build stronger neighborhoods, healthier communities, and a more civil society. Through community dialogues, collaborative projects, and communication among network partners, the Canopy promotes a deeper understanding of civic challenges and more effective ways to solve them together. Just as the rainforest thrives beneath the protective network of trees in its canopy, civil society thrives when we connect the efforts of each to the good of all.

Fabulous Facilitators Network, Breakfasts and Listserv
Lisa Heft hosts a "Fabulous Facilitators Breakfast" each month in Berkeley, California for a dynamic, growing group of facilitators. This casual breakfast group brings facilitators in the region together for mutual support, learning, interaction and community. Over breakfast, facilitators who specialize in a variety of methods share challenges, questions, news and mutual appreciation in about a 2-hour time span without an agenda.

Green Drinks International
Every month people who work in the environmental field meet up for a beer at informal sessions known as Green Drinks. We have a lively mixture of people from NGOs, academia, government and business. Come along and you'll be made welcome. Just say, 'are you green?' and we will look after you and introduce you to whoever is there. It's a great way of catching up with people you know and also for making new contacts. Everyone invites someone else along, so there's always a different crowd, making Green Drinks an organic, self-organising network.

International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
The IAF encourages and supports the formation of local groups of facilitators to network and provide professional development opportunities for their members. Regional groups from around the world are invited to become affiliated with the IAF to help promote the profession of facilitation as a critical set of skills in the global society of the 21st century.

Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network
MAFN is quicky gaining recognition as the place to go for professional facilitators in the Mid-Atlantic States. U.S. Government agencies and Private companies are learning of the benefits of group facilitation and have been using MAFN to connect with professional facilitators. The annual membership fee is $75.

Sustained Dialogue Campus Network
The Sustained Dialogue Campus Network (SDCN) is a project of The International Institute for Sustained Dialogue (IISD). In 1999, students began using a unique process called Sustained Dialogue (SD) to proactively improve race relations on college campuses. A network of Sustained Dialogue practitioners has since formed, connecting students at over a dozen colleges, universities, and high schools across the country. This network, called the Sustained Dialogue Campus Network, represents a budding social movement of passionate students deeply engaged in changing the dynamics of their campus climate.

Texas Forums 
Texas Forums, a program of the LBJ Library and Museum, was launched in 2002 and is a network of individuals and organizations working together to revitalize the civic spirit of Texas and improve civic discourse. Using the National Issues Forum (NIF) model for community conversations, Texas Forums has trained over 100 people in Central Texas on how to engage others in their community in thoughtful conversations about important public issues.
