Christina has been deeply committed to Sustained Dialogue since her first involvement as a participant at the University of Virginia. She has since become an experienced moderator, Vice Chair of the SD Uva program, and a summer intern at IISD in 2005. Christina graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English, and works now for SDCN as Associate Program Director. Through her experience with Sustained Dialogue both on Campus and in the field, Christina has had extensive practice in presenting to diverse groups. |

| Description: |
The International Institute for Sustained Dialogue (IISD) uses Sustained Dialogue (SD) to transform conflictual relationships. Focusing first on relationships rather than issues that cause conflict, SD works through a five-stage process bringing the same group together over time. The SD Campus Network works with student groups to improve campus racial climate. IISD currently conducts an Arab-American-European Dialogue, a dialogue with Iraqis across the political spectrum, an Armenia-Azerbaijan-Nagorno Karabakh dialogue, and a National Dialogue in Tajikistan. Partners include the Institute for Democracy in South Africa (IDASA) and the Center for Conflict Management and Transformation (CCMT) in Zimbabwe. IISD is affiliated with the Kettering Foundation. |
