Frank is currently completing a PhD at University of KY in Sociology. He had previously worked 13 years as a mental health professional, mainly with addictions and with various offender populations. He has done several research projects on Appalachia and plans to use the deliberative forum as an organizing principle for his dissertation in Sociology at UK. He earned his BFA Music Performance in 1985, MA Counseling & Rehabilitation in 1989, and MA Sociology in 2002 from Marshall University. |
