| About Me: |
Kathy Bivings-Norris entered the conflict resolution field from a background as a YMCA professional, a corporate public policy consultant, and a city manager. She is the founding Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, Inc. (DRC) (1989 - present) and has completed 50 hours of graduate study in conflict resolution at Antioch University. The DRC provides mediation and other ADR services to residents, businesses, agencies and governments in our county and surrounding counties which do not have a DRC. Training in conflict resolution skills and effective management of conflict is a growing part of DRC's service base. |
