| About Me: |
I am originally of African decent, but currently residing in Canada as an immigrant. I discovered that we live in a troubled world, indeed a world of conflict - ranging from poverty, bad governance, ethnic sentiments, human rights abuse and breakdown of democratic order. Back in Africa, I have pioneered interest groups consisting of young minds, with the purpose of fostering community peace through a collaborative process of dialogue and negotiation. In Canada, I have been involved in academic exercises which enablesme to develop skills for resolving national and local issues through dialogue. I have also experimented these skills in my dealings with the student community, and the result was marvelous. However, I am joining as an individual to enable me explore diversity in a larger community. |
