Okero Isaack Otieno is a Political Scientist, a Human rights activist and Peace activist and practitioner of Dialogue, mediation and deliberation amongst various communities in East and Central Africa and Kenya in particular. Mr. Okero Otieno as he prefers to be known has contributed to democratization and good governance gains in Kenya through various initiatives with civil society and academic institutions of higher learning as well as government policy making bodies. Mr. Okero Otieno has contributed to promotion and respect of especially civil political and women rights in the region. He has traveled in over 43 countries in 4 continents promoting peace, democracy, good governance through dialogue and deliberation. |
