Trip has a M.A. in conflict resolution and a E.D. at the Neighborhood Mediation Center in Reno, NV. He teaches ethical decision making, communication, problem solving, facilitation, and mediation. Trip has conducted mediations, arbitrations and community dialogues. He has trained over 1,000 people in courses ranging from 2 to 40 hours in communication, mediation and facilitation. Training venues include the National Judicial College, University of Nevada, Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, Western Nevada Community College, Washoe County School District, the Corrine True Justice Center in Denver, Colorado and the Baha’i Academy in Panchgani, India. Trip worked in Russia and china in 2005. Trip is currently President of the Nevada Dispute Resolution Coalition and Secreatry of the Baha’i Justice Society. |
