About Me:	A citizen diplomat in June, 2001 touring Israel and the Occupied Territories (Palestine) with the Center for Soviet-American International Dialogue, fostering dialogue among Israeli and Palistinian families, community members and political leaders. He's experienced as a Community Building Participant & Co-facilitator, 1989-1996. Trained in workshops & seminars and co-facilitated community building dialogue groups based on the model detailed in M. Scott Peck's book, The Different Drum, and further developed through the Foundation for Community Encouragement, Inc.. He served successfully as a temporary minister in Anchorage, Alaska, (Unity Church of Anchorage) 3/99-6/00 assisting this church community in transitioning from financial and organizational chaos into a new community model through dialogue and community building. Most recently served as minister in Santurce, Puerto Rico (Beacon of Light Unity Church) using dialogue and community building forums to expand services through the embrace of diversity. My work with dialogue can be summarized as the natural emergence of group-shared creative envisioning and problem-solving; facilitated by presence and the focus of experience, realized within dialogue from a willingness of commitment to extraordinary respect for self, others and the mystery thereof; and demonstrated through the courage to remain inclusive.
