Dealing with Anger

I have a short perspective on the roie of anger in public discussions (based on a recent experience) posted on the Interactivity Foundation website.
I think we need to acknowledge grievances even when their causes are in dispute. I found acknowledging the grievance a opened up discussants to learning more about the factual underpinnings and to the possibility of reframing their analysis of causes/interest conflicts.
