About Me:

Currently in transitional/sabbactical year to give myself time to shift from psychotherapist and group facilitator to consultant hosting conversations and dialogues for emergence within organisational culture development, conflict resolution, systemic change. I recently completed my Masters where my dissertation was on ‘holonic shifts’ in groups. I am fascinated by large group process and have facilitated large group process at some psychotherapy conferences. I am Interested in networking within NCDD, and perhaps shadowing more experienced consultants.
