My Personal Info
Full Name: Carol Chetkovich, Ph.D.
NCDD Member Since: Nov. 21, 2002
About Me: Carol is a professor of public policy at Mills College, previously at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. She is committed to public-service education that emphasizes public participation in decision-making rather than elite- or expert-driven policy-making. Pre-academic career was in nonprofit management, working in reproductive health services and advocacy. She is trained in Dynamic Facilitation; has served as a facilitator for AmericaSpeaks (at NYC's "Listening to the City" event) and a Deliberative Polling event (on housing in San Mateo County, CA).
