Title / Position: |
Owner and President
|
Description: |
We run professional, highly efficient meetings for groups of people making important decisions. We also do training, team building, strategic planning, mediation, organizational development, and research and report preparation - all things that help groups make good decisions. Good Group Decision meetings are highly participatory and interactive, yet also highly efficient and fast paced. Themes and decisions are written on the wall, on the spot, for all to see. Our work is based on the simple premise that "We all have a piece of the truth and we make our best decisions when we put our pieces together,” a concept that owner Craig Freshley learned from Caroline Estes. |
