Kathleen M. Conway counsels corporate and individual clients in all aspects of environmental law with an emphasis on problem solving. She advises clients on a broad array of issues, including real estate and business transactions, investigation and remediation of contaminated properties and Brownfields, land use, permitting, compliance and enforcement, underground storage tanks, the Dry Cleaning Remediation Fund, and Long Island Sound coastal matters. Ms. Conway provides conflict resolution services including mediation, facilitation and consensus building in environmental and pubic policy matters. Her facilitation experience includes: community advisory committee processes in multi-party, multi-issue federal and state superfund cases involving management of complex technical and scientific data; citizen forums on public policy issues; and police racial profiling dialogues. She has mediated over 120 EEO cases for the United States Postal Service REDRESS Program.
