For the past 20 years have offered certified professional facilitation and organization transformation/development services through my practice, Breakthroughs Unlimited Inc.. Since 2002 taught dialogue at SFU and Boston College, and with my colleague Brenda Chaddock, have been designing and delivering a comprehensive suite of facilitation courses through the Masterful Facilitation Institute since 2007.

My private practice in facilitation, organization, and community development is primarily carried out under the auspices of Breakthroughs Unlimited Inc., Organization Transformation Services.
My most exciting new venture, with my colleague Brenda Chaddock of Odyssey Leadership Consulting, is the Masterful Facilitation Institute launched in mid-2008. Masterful Facilitation is an institute of programs to build confidence and skill facilitating in any setting, from in-person team meetings, to large group sessions, to the virtual environment through public and custom designed in-house programs.
