Dr. Michal Larraine Rosenberger is a consultant, workshop facilitator, speaker and author. While pursuing her Ph.D. in Adult Education at the University of Texas at Austin, she worked in a variety of settings, expanding her knowledge of organizational development, leadership skills and educational governance. She has led organization, leadership, and team development workshops for business, educational agencies, and community groups. Bringing together her knowledge of teams, organizational development, effective governance, change management and adult education, she wrote Team Leadership: School Boards at Work to introduce citizens to the complex world of school governance and the policy and political issues that determine our educational system. Currently a Professor at Concordia University @ Austin in the College of Education, she continues her consulting work. |
