Noam founded Idealogue, Inc. in response to the lack of technology being utilized to empower individuals and organizations to solve critical problems involving conflict and opposing viewpoints. Noam's prior business experience includes finance and operations management in the technology field, and consulting to Fortune 500 clients. His experience includes work at Working Assets, an innovator in the social enterprise integrating personal communications with social causes. Noam has an MBA from Babson College and BA from Wesleyan University, and is also a trained mediator with Mediation Works Incorporated.

We bring comprehensive technology and consulting expertise to design online dialogue initiatives, implement software solutions, manage the collaborative process, and analyze results.
