| About Me: |
Stephan currently serves as the chief diversity officer for the University of Wisconsin Colleges and University of Wisconsin Extension. He is a graduate of Portland State University, Southern Oregon University, and California State University Fullerton. Stephan’s doctoral research brought together the fields of transformative learning, conflict resolution, and dialogue in a comparative analysis of five community-based interethnic dialogue programs. He has also worked in sustainable forestry, environmental education, and international business. Stephan serves on the board of the Aging and Disabilities Charities of America and recently served as chair of Ithaca City of Asylum. He enjoys practicing and teaching tai chi. |
