Stephani Roy McCallum is the Managing Director of Dialogue Partners Inc. She has been the primary public engagement director / facilitator for hundreds of projects, and is frequently called upon to provide expert advice, speeches and coaching in public engagement. Stephani has a background in race relations and native studies and is a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators. She holds Certificates in Authentic Leadership, Community Development, Public Policy Moderation, Advanced Consensus Building and Social Impact Assessment and is a licensed trainer for the IAP2 Certificate in Public Participation. Stephani specializes in controversial situations and builds common ground among diverse stakeholders. She has worked on diverse projects in multiple fields and sectors and has developed countless public / stakeholder engagement toolkits, frameworks and policies. She has engaged fewer than ten to more than 5,000 stakeholders, and has successfully completed projects for organizations and governments in many parts of the world. She lives in Ottawa with her four fantastic children, wonderful husband and badly behaved beagle.
