Susan is a trainer, consultant and educator. She works both in the public and private sector focusing on processes which build understanding. For the last few years she has been working in the area of The Ecology of Community. Susan has been a mediator for over 35 years. She is the founder of the Woodbury Institute Mediation program which she started in 1984 at Woodbury College.
