I am an attorney, mediator and facilitator with a focus on land use, environmental and other public policy matters. I am on the Council of Distinguished Advisors and a Fellow at Pepperdine University's Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution where I received my Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a focus on environmental and public policy matters. My Masters thesis, "South Pasadena: A Dialogue on Dialogue" received the award for best academic work (2008-2009) from the California Dispute Resolution Council. I also obtained my certificate in "Dialogue, Deliberation & Public Engagement" from Fielding Graduate University. I am certified as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
