This cost includes all workshop materials, lunches and coffee breaks. Attendees will receive a copy of The Appreciative Inquiry Handbook: The First in a Series of AI Workbooks for Leaders of Change. This includes several health care case studies.

Workshop Objectives:
Appreciative Inquiry applications in health care are promising. Come and be part of a "positive revolution in change" in health care.
- Learn how to use appreciative approach and philosophy to deal with any human issue in a health care organization. Focus is on positive change approaches in recruitment and retention, quality of care, performance and patient satisfaction.
- Hands-on education in strategic planning using the SOAR model (strengths, opportunities, aspirations, results) to accelerate positive change by building on strengths at the individual and organizational levels.
- Learn about positive psychology and positive organizational scholarship research and practice.
- Learn how to assist departments and groups to locate the positive core and how to facilitate the process of positive change.
- Find ways to enhance or accelerate existing or new initiatives using AI, bring issues and cases!
