Online Town Meeting on Global Warming (with Sen. John McCain!) Set for Thursday

This Thursday, June 17, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern, the Environmental Defense Action Fund will be hosting an online event called "The Heat Is On: A National Town Meeting on Global Warming." The town meeting on global climage change will feature special guest Senator John McCain (R-AZ).
Senator McCain, who, along with Senator Joseph Lieberman (D-CT) is leading the fight to undo global warming with their historic, bipartisan Climate Stewardship Act (S. 139), are joining us for this special online event to bring thousands of concerned Americans together as the Senate prepares for a vote on their bill to reign in greenhouse gas pollution in the U.S.
