Todd Davies is project lead of the Partnership for Internet Equity and Community Engagement (PIECE), a joint project of the Symbolic Systems Program at Stanford University and the East Palo Alto Community Network. A Ph.D. in psychology with an earlier background in computer science, and a social justice activist, Todd teaches in the Symbolic Systems Program and does research on technological and psychological aspects of group decision making and the foundations of collective behavior. He is the co-editor (with Beth Noveck) of Online Deliberation: Design, Research, and Practice, forthcoming from CSLI Publications/University of Chicago Press.
