NCDD Member Since: Nov. 21, 2002
About Me: Carol is a professor of public policy at Mills College, previously at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She is committed to public-service education that emphasizes public participation in decision-making rather than elite- or expert-driven policy-making. Pre-academic career was in nonprofit management, working in reproductive health services and advocacy.
