Lisa has primarily worked using dialogue within higher education for diversity and public policy issues. She began this journey with leading and teaching others to lead National Issues Forums. She is in the process of expanding both the context - such as sustainablity issues - and processes used in her work. She is also a trained mediator with a particular interest in Victim Offender Dialogue, identity conflicts and diversity issues of all types. Lisa's master's degree focus is on the range of dialogue methods being used in the field. |
